Maya to launch poll campaign in Bihar on Oct 14


Chief Minister Mayawati will start her election campaign for Bihar Assembly elections on October 14 by addressing two public meetings in Bihar’s Purnea and Muzaffarpur districts. The BSP has fielded its candidates for all the 243 Assembly seats of Bihar.

The CM will address public meetings in 12 Assembly constituencies during the six-phase elections in Bihar. As per the party programme, Mayawati will address election meetings in Dhamdaha constituency of Purnea and Kanti seat of Muzaffarpur on October 14. On October 20, she will address election meetings in Nautan (West Champaran) and Maharajganj (Siwan). While she will address public meetings in Banka and Hisua (Nawada) constituencies on October 24, she will tour the Arawal and Buxar constituencies on October 28. The UP chief minister will cover the Mohania seat in Kaimur district and Nokha seat in Rohtas district on November 4. In Aurangabad and Rajpur (Buxar) constituencies, she will address meetings on November 15 in the last phase of Bihar elections.
