The CWG inauguration was a huge success. It was a real treat to the eyes. Frankly speaking, I never thought it would come out so good after so much of negative reporting and mud slinging by the media. Even the foreign participants who were so critical of the facilities and most of whom had chosen to pullout at the last moment, have been forced to chew back their words and are pleading to be included in the events that follow. The Indian authorities have decided to accomodate them at the last moment by extending the last date of reporting to 8th of this month. This is Indian generosity. Jai Ho.."
