'HC verdict not last word on Ayodhya'

(WITH MY DUE RESPECT TO EVERYONE,ITS QUITE AMAZING TO SEE HOW SENIOR POLITICIANS DON'T WANT TO LEARN FROM HISTORY.ITS RIGHT OF ALL 3 PARTIES OF AYODHYA LAND DISPUTE,IF THEY WANT TO GO TO SUPREME COURT,BUT WHAT 'MORE PRACTICAL VERDICT' A COURT CAN GIVE ON SUCH ISSUE OF BHARATVARSH WHERE HINDU,MUSLIM,SIKH,CHRISTIANS...ETC ARE QUITE EMOTIONAL ABOUT THEIR FAITH,MEMORIES(OF CONSTRUCTIONS OR DISTRUCTIONS),EMOTIONS....??? IN MY OPINION SHRI RAM OR SHRI KRISHNA WERE MOST SECULAR,THEIR LIFE STORY ARE FULL OF SUCH INCIDENCE AND EXAMPLES WHICH PREACHES JUST HUMANITY...SO ITS NOT FUNDAMENTALISM OR ANTI SECULARISM TO FOLLOW THEIR FOOTSTEPS. AND ANOTHER POINT IS -ITS A TRUTH THAT BEFORE MUGHAL KING AKBAR OR LATER ON IN AURANGZEB PERIODS LOTS OF MANDIR'S AND BUDHA VIHAR AND MATTHS GOT DESTROYED AND DEMOLISHED.BUT BYGONE IS BYGONE. AS WHEN MUGHALS CAME TO INDIA,THEY WERE INVADERS,THEIR MOTIVES WERE DIFFERENT THEN. WE MUST NOT JUDGE TODAY'S COMMUNITIES WITH THOSE DAYS ACTIONS AND CIRCUMSTANCES.
SHRI RAM IS NOT A MERE HISTORICAL PERSON FOR OUR COUNTRYMEN...MARYADA PURUSHOTHAM SHRIRAM AND RAMAYANA HAS PLACE IN PEOPLE'S HEART MORE THAN ANY OTHER HINDU DEITY. AND HINDU PATH BELIVES IN ONE GOD WHICH HAS SO MANY AVATARS.AYODHYA AND JANAKPUR MAY HAVE FEW HISTORICAL EVIDENCES OF 'TRETA YUG' IN TIT BITS,BUT TO PROVE AN AASTHA,FAITH IN A COURT 'FULL FLEGDLY' IS HOW MUCH POSSIBLE,WE ALL UNDERSTAND. NO ONE WILL ACCEPT NOW ANOTHER DEMOLITION OR MANDIR MOVEMENT ANY MORE,BUT AYODHYA CASE IS SUBJUDICE,SIGN OF DISTROYED MANDIR HAS FOUND BY ASI. AND IT IS A MATTER OF FAITH ON RAM, WE HAVE REMARKABLE EXAMPLES OF 'JOINT' MANDIR-MASJID IN A SACRED PLACES OR MANDIR BUILT BY CO OPERATION OF MUSLIMS AND OTHER FAITH MEMBERS OR VICE-VERSA- 'JOINTLY'!!!
BUT THEN IT IS NOT MACCA-MADINA-KABA FOR MUSLIMS,SO THIS POINT NEED TO BE NOTED.
BUT NOW FOR LAST TIME, I WANT TO REMIND OUR WISE COUNTRYMEN AND DECISIONMAKERS THAT DURING LATE SHRI NARSHIMHA RAOJI'S TENURE OF PRIME MINISTERSHIP-"HE ASKED FOR SUGGESTIONS FROM SUPREME COURT ON THIS ISSUE UNDER 'DHARA/SECTION 143', AND SUPREME COURT REFUSED TO GIVE ANY SUGGESTIONS TO HIM ON THIS ISSUE."
IT WAS A BIG NEWS THEN.
AIN'T WE ARE PUTTING OUR JUDICIARY SYSTEM IN SOME 'DUVIDHA/DELIMA' OVER THIS DECISION WHICH MAY BECOME UNSATISFACTORY DECISION TO ALL,AND CREATE CONTROVERSIES...???
OR EVERYONE 100% READY TO EXCEPT WHOLE HEARTEDLY, WHATEVER DECISION WILL BE GIVEN???
DEFINITLY EVERYONE WILL HAVE TO FOLLOW WHAT SC'S VERDICT WILL BE WITHOUT ANY QUESTION!!!
HERE I CAN SING WHAT RASTRAPITA MAHATMA GANDHIJI USED TO SING...!!
"RAGHUPATI RAGHAV RAJA RAM,PATIT PAVAN SITARAM,
ISHWAR ALLAH TERO NAM,SABKO SANMATI DE BHAGWAN!!!'...VIBHA 6/10/10...10 AM
NEW DELHI: While the Ayodhya title suit looks set to reach the country's highest court, the Congress stopped well short of passing a verdict on the HC order. But it stressed once again that the "final decision" on the issue had to come from the SC "when the appeal is filed".
The Congress Working Committee, which discussed the issue, welcomed the efforts of the disputants to negotiate an out-of-court settlement, but from a distance. The thrust of its statement was on underlining that the HC order did not mark the last legal word on the festering battle for who gets control of the Ayodhya site. The Congress also underlined that the Allahabad HC represented no post-facto validation for the demolition of Babri mosque on December 6, 1992.
Developments on Tuesday confirmed the assessment that all attempts for a negotiated settlement were destined to fail because of the wide gap between the positions of the opponents. The Sunni Waqf Board's decision to appeal the Allahabad High Court's order coincided with efforts to forge an alliance between the Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Nirmohi Akhara.
Head of Nirmohi Akhara, the Ayodhya-based sect which has been awarded 1/3rd of the disputed site, said it was ready to help with the construction of a Ram temple. Bhaskar Das's statement came after his meeting with Ramvilas Vedanti, a prominent VHP figure and a former member of BJP.
