Congress releases third list of 42 candidates Bihar Assembly elections

Former Bihar PCC chief Sadanad Singh and senior leader Ashok Ram figure in the third list of 42 candidates announced by the AICC here tonight for the state assembly elections.
Singh has been renominated from his pocket borough of Kahalgaon while Ram has been fielded from Agiaon, a reserved SC seat.
The party has already announced names of 123 candidates -- 77 in the first list and 46 in second list.
Party, which is going it alone in the Assembly polls in the state, will be contesting all the 243 assembly seats in the six-phase elections beginning in the state on October 21.
