GOOD WISHES TO NITISHJI.I WISH HE SHOULD BE ABLE TO CURB NAXALISM PROBLEM IN BIHAR THIS YEAR BY UNDERSTANDING WHY THEY ARE AGITATING AND IF FEW VESTED MISSIONLESS(USUALLY POLITICIANS) PEOPLE ARE MISGUIDING AND USING THEM,THEN THEY NEED TO BE EXPOSED AND CULPRITS NEEDED PUNISHMENTS AND PROBLEM OF MINDSET AND BASIC DEVOLOPMENTS NEED SOLUTIONS,WHICH CAN BECOME AN EXAMPLE FOR OTHER STATES.

I BELONG TO BARAUNI/BEGUSARAI,AS I LIVED THERE FOR YEARS...MOST OF MY CHILDHOOD.IT WAS A GARH FOR RED(LEFT) MOVEMENT THEN,EVEN IN OUR COLLEGE DAYS(1983-86)WERE LEFT MOVEMENT DAYS AS COMMUNISM WAS ON PEAK AND USSR WAS A SUPER POWER THEN.WHEN I MET SUDHIRJI,EVEN NEWS AND JOURNALISM WERE INFLUENCED BY IT.SUDHIRJI'S COMMONMEN CHARACTER WAS A JHOLACHAAP TALL BEARDED MAN WEARING JEANS,KHAADI KA KURTA,CHAPPEL AND BRUSH AND PEN IN HAND.HE WAS SYMBOL OF A FIGHTER HIGHLIGHTING SOCIO-POLITICAL PROBLEMS IN OUR SYSTEM.HE STILL DOES BUT THAT COMMONMAN IS ABOLISHED NOW.
BUT BY NOW IT NEEDS TODAYS RELEVENCE.WE HAVE SEEN ENOUGH OF VIOLENCE.I HAVE WRITTEN AT LENGTH ABOUT IT IN THIS BLOG IN THIS 2 YEARS.
EVEN MR PRAKASH KARAT(I HAVE PASTED THAT NEWS HERE) HAS SAID THIS FEW WEEKS BACK.I AM GLAD DELHI AND RAJASTHAN DO NOT HAVE NAXALISM PROBLEM AT ALL.

SO AS BHAGALPUR'S SMALL SCALE AND HANDICRAFT'S INDUSTRY NEEDS REVIVAL OR BETTER OPTIONS.

ITS MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO HIM TO SEE THESE PROBLEMS SERIOUSLY,OTHER THEN CRIME,BACKWARDNESS,ALL ROUND DEVOLOPMENT,SOCIAL AND ECONOMICAL REFORMS AND JUSTICE AND ITS IMPLEMENTATIONS!!!.....VIBHA TAILANG!!!).

PATNA: The first thing in the New Year the Nitish Kumar led NDA-II government is doing is to make public the properties of all the ministers. The declaration of the ministers will be posted on the government website possibly on Monday.

"This is a big step towards ensuring transparency in the administration. I believe that charity begins at home, so I asked my cabinet colleagues to declare their assets," Nitish said on Saturday, while meeting a stream of people and accepting their greetings at 1, Anne Marg.

He said all the ministers have submitted their declaration and the chief secretary told him that it will be posted on website on Saturday. "But, to-day is the New Year's Day and tomorrow is Sunday, so it will in all probability be posted on Monday for public consumption," he said.

"The process to put them on the website has begun," said principal cabi-net secretary Afzal Amanullah on Saturday.

"This is just the beginning and it will definitely ensure transparency in governance. This will be an annual affair and all the ministers will update it latest by December 31," Nitish said.

Similarly, all the IAS officials have also been asked to do the same by the last day of the year annually.

On the proposed Right to Service law, he said that before finalising the draft, opinion of people will be taken and incorporated in the Bill. "On the issues like how much time the public servants be given to comply with the public requests and what action should be initiated against the erring offi-cials, we are seeking opinion from sections concerned. A final draft will be scripted only after that," Nitish said.

On his fight against corruption, the CM said that he has laid a strong foun-dation to contain the cancerous problem. "The trials under Bihar Special Courts Act, 2009, have started against corrupt public servants and the first verdict has already been delivered. This year, people will see many palatial buildings raised through corrupt means being confiscated and converted into school for poor children," Nitish said.

"Earlier, Bihar was described as the most backward and 'Bimaru' state in-famous for crime and corruption and a state which could not be reformed. But now people across the nation discuss Bihar for good reasons. What Bihar does today, the nation follows it. Bihar has become a lighthouse for the country," said the CM.

He was hopeful that the Centre would help the state to meet its require-ment. "I am optimistic and feel that the Centre would concede the state's demands of special category state status and those relating to power and ethanol production. I am seeking the help of the opposition parties and public at large in this regard," he added.

The declaration of the ministers though have not been made public, it is estimated that a few ministers are millionaires.

When asked about it, Nitish said with a broad smile: "Now everything will be made public and it can be accessed by everyone. There is nothing to hide."

Road construction minister Nand Kishore Yadav owns two cars, a scooter, three plots at Fatuha, Patna and Patna City, 100 grams of gold and Rs 4.64 lakh in bank account. Food and consumer protection minister Shyam Rajak has Rs 7.30 lakh in bank accounts, two plots in Patna, 10 insurance policies and a bond. Law minister Narendra Narayan Yadav has Rs 85,000 in bank accounts and one vehicle while his wife has 50 grams of gold and two cows.

Science and technology minister Gautam Singh owns three ancestral houses, Rs 8.11 lakh in bank accounts and a rifle and revolver in his name. Labour resources minister Janardan Singh Sigriwal seems to be poorest among the ministers owning only Rs 5,000 in account, a jeep, 10 grams of gold and insurance policies worth Rs 6 lakh.
