All the 29 NDA ministers in Bihar will declare their assets by the end of this month, deputy chief minister, S K Modi said on Thursday. Modi further said, to kick start the industrialisation process, a new industrial policy would replace the existing Industrial Promotion Policy, 2006, which is set to expire on March 31, 2011. "The existing will be extended by another three months till the new industrial policy would be formulated," he said. The minister also sais that emphasis would be laid on making the Industrial Promotion Board and single window system more effective and entrepreneur friendly.
