but that is not morally right to advertise that "this" person is of the "third" sex. they should be allowed to compete in the girls quota . if they wish to be physically male...then they should compete with boys !!
their "sex" as far as education is concerned should not be disclosed.

Fight the competetion earn your seat,
there should be no Quota. 97pc population fall in general and seats left after all the quota is 58pc. is this justified.
or goverment is too buzy with vote bank pol.

It is positive move. All educated people should support . If we are not doing such things then no meaning in saying that INDIA is rich nation in terms of culture, democracy etc.,

I wonder how they fixed the quota (one seat per PG course). What percentage of the total gets knocked off from the general quota?
For a moment, lets think about the implementation. Most seats are likely to be unfilled since there may not be so many persons eligible. So an enquiry will be conducted and to fill the seats, the degree norms in undergrad courses will be relaxed. This process will go on till the kindergarten and so eventually there will be quota for TGs in kindergarten also.
Then the fun will start. To avail this quota, parents will castrate their sons and at least this will reduce the gender imbalance.
Not a joke. Which affected person will challenge this ruling?
