ONCE I HAD ALSO SPOKEN ABOUT "RAISHUMARI" 10YRS BACK ON J AND K,BUT CONTEXT WAS BIT DIFFFERENT.FIRST OF ALL,EARLIER I NEVER THOUGHT MY VIEWS CAN MAKE DIFFERENCE AS AN OPINION MAKER,AS I WAS NEVER BEEN SUCH A BIG PERSONALITY OFFICIALLY OR AS SUDHIRJI'S WIFE!!
BUT JOURNALISTS DO COVER AND DISCUSS ALL KIND OF ISSUES,AND THEN WE BOTH ARE AWARE PERSON!!...BUT NOW WITH GOD'S BLESSING I DO FEEL "I".../"WE ALL".. ARE HEARD, SO....MY OPINION IS..DEFINITLY THIS REFRENDUM DEMAND DO EXISTED BEFORE 2COUNTRY'S FREEDOM/MAKING(IN 1947) AND IS IN UN,...IF EVER IT GET DONE,IT SHOULD GET DONE IN BOTH SIDES -IN PAKISTAN OCCUPIED KASHMIR AND HERE IN INDIA... AND WHO EVER WANT TO SHIFT CAN SHIFT WHICHEVER WAY---OF BOTH SIDES!!!BUT PAKISTAN SHOULD STOP SUPPORTING CHINA IN THIS ISSUE AND GIVING THEM SPACE/TAKING HELP INSTEAD OF LEAVING POK FIRST!!....BUT AS IT WAS AN OPEN OFFER DURING PARTITION AND MAKING OF BOTH COUNTRY'S(2 NATION'S THEORY WAS BASED ON RELIGION...ADHE IDHER/AADHE UDDHAR)...WHICH STILL EXISTS IN MINDS OF PEOPLE OF BOTH SIDES,WHO ALL ARE CONSCIOUS ABOUT IT.

MUMBAI: Anna Hazare has distanced himself from Prashant Bhushan's views on Jammu and Kashmir. We don't share Bhushan's views (on a referendum in Kashmir). Those are his personal views. He didn't consult us on the issue,'' Hazare told mediapersons in Ralegan Siddhi, his hometown in Ahmednagar district, on Friday.
Upset with Bhushan's controversial views on plebiscite in Kashmir, a band of youths, reportedly belonging to Sri Ram Sene and Bhagat Singh Kranti Sena, assaulted the lawyer in his Supreme Court chambers on Thursday, triggering widespread protest. The matter was discussed at length at the Team Anna's core group meeting in Ralegan Siddhi. Stating that Kashmir is an integral part of India, Hazare said he was not in agreement with Bhushan on the referendum issue. Vishwambhar Chaudhari, a close Hazare aide, pointed out that the noted Gandhian had taken on the Pakistani forces during his stint in the Indian army.
Anna will never endorse any idea which threatens to disrupt India's territorial integrity,'' Chaudhary added.
Meanwhile, the Shiv Sena has slammed senior lawyer Prashant Bhushan for his comments supporting a referendum on Kashmir. "Bhushan may be a fine lawyer, but he is pleading Pakistan's case. Islamabad's gameplan is to use a referendum as a ploy to sever Kashmir from the Union of India," said Saamna, the Sena mouthpiece, in a leader comment on Friday. Sena chief Bal Thackeray is the editor of Saamna.
Describing Bhushan's views on the referendum as "reckless and anti-national", Saamna complimented the Sri Ram Sene and the Bhagat Singh Kranti Sena activists for "teaching Bhushan a proper lesson". Saamna criticized author Arundhati Roy too for suggesting that India should not hold Kashmir by force.
Stating that Indians have "strong views" on Pakistan in view of the prolonged cross-border terrorism, Saamna accused Islamabad of hatching a conspiracy to sever Kashmir from India. "Kashmir is India's crown...Pakistan has seen to it that Hindus flee Kashmir so that there will not be a single Hindu if a referendum is called for in the Valley...Pakistan wants Kashmir to be an Islamic state...Bhushan is strengthening Pakistan's case and this cannot be tolerated," the Sena daily said. The editorial criticized Team Anna for not talking about the Hindus' plight in the Valley.stated, adding, "Neither Hazare nor his colleagues talk of the Hindus' plight in the Valley....Indians strongly feel that the Centre should not compromise on the Kashmir issue."
Saamna criticized Hazare's team for airing views on all and sundry. "As long as they were talking on corruption, it was fine. Now, they express their views on every subject under the sun--from elections to security concerns," Saamna said.
