PUNE: Accusing the Congress government at the Centre of cheating Anna Hazare on the Lokpal issue, Baba Ramdev on Tuesday said that he would tour all the five states that are due for elections and campaign against parties opposed to bring black money back.
Addressing a news conference during his three-day visit to the city, Ramdev said, "The Congress government acted cruelly against me and my followers at the Ramlila ground on June 4. On one hand the government gave me in writing that it is in favor of taking steps on the black money issue, but on the other hand it took sudden action against people gathered at the ground."

When asked if he was planning a campaign like Hazare's, Ramdev said, "Anna's battle is for a strong Lokpal while I am fighting to bring back black money. So far Anna has not spoken on the black money issue, which I think is a more important issue. However, I will continue to supportHazare's agitation."
Ramdev said that during his tour of five states he will hold rallies and conduct fasts. "I will campaign against all such parties and candidates who fail to given a written assurance on the black money issue."
Ramdev also opposed the government's move allowing foreign direct investment (FDI) in the retail sector. He said that it is a step to hand over the domestic market to foreign players. "If the government is attempting to bring more money in the country through FDI, why it is not taking steps to bring back black money," asked the yoga guru.
Ramdev also asked parliamentarians to file a declaration of their assets and details of black money kept in foreign banks. He also demanded a first information report (FIR) against those who have stashed money abroad.
