New Delhi: The BJP and the Left parties plan to intensify their protests on price rise against the government. With independent strategies worked out, senior BJP leaders including LK Advani, Nitin Gadkari and Sushma Swaraj will march to Rashtrapati Bhawan and hand over a memorandum to the President along with 10 crore signatures collected from common people over the last few months against rising prices.

The Left plans to stage a sit-in inside the Parliament to protest spiralling prices of essential commodities.

CPI's D Raja and CPIM's Basudeb Acharia said they will hold the sit-in inside Parliament as the Left does not want to hold up the proceedings of the House.

The Left parties would soon chalk out their future course of action on how to take on the government on price rise.
